Service Pause Notice

IMPORTANT: Our service is temporarily paused. We are not currently processing new orders or payments. When you submit your information, we will store it in our database and contact you when our service resumes operations. No payment is required at this time.

1. Service Description

Wizrd.ai is a service that transforms social media profiles into personalized action figure concepts. We analyze profile content to generate custom action figure mockups in four distinct styles:

• Classic 90s Superhero - Traditional action figure in blister packaging with accessories derived from your professional accomplishments
• Stylish Minimalist - Clean, modern design with elegant on-trend styling and minimalist packaging
• Funko Pop/Vinyl Stylized - Collectible bobblehead-style figure with oversized square head and minimalist features
• Hyperrealistic - Museum-quality photorealistic figure with premium display case and lifelike detail

Each action figure is meticulously designed to reflect your unique professional identity, transforming your skills into superpowers, career milestones into accessories, and professional expertise into heroic attributes.

Our service offers two delivery options:

• Images Only - High-quality still images of your customized action figure
• Images + Video - Still images plus a short animated video where your figure walks out of its package

2. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the service only for legitimate personal or business purposes
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Not upload content that contains malware or harmful code

3. Privacy and Data Usage

When you submit your social media profile URL or information, you grant us permission to analyze the content for the purpose of generating your custom action figures and videos. We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Payment and Pricing

While our service is temporarily paused, we are not accepting payments. When operations resume, our service will offer several pricing options:

• Images Only: €9.99 per action figure design (one-time purchase per figure)
• Images + Video: €30.00 per action figure with accompanying video (one-time purchase)
• Physical Collectible: €50.00 for a physical collectible figure (coming soon)

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service and authorize us to charge the specified amount.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your profile information. By submitting your profile and/or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and process your content for the purpose of providing our service to you.

5.3 Generated Action Figures

You receive a personal license to use, share, and display the action figure images and videos we generate for you. You may not resell or redistribute the images or videos as part of a competing service.

5.4 Showcase License

By using our service, you grant Wizrd.ai a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the action figure images and videos we create for you for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes. This includes displaying your action figures and videos on our website, social media accounts, marketing materials, and advertisements.

Additionally, you grant us permission to display and share before and after transformation examples, showing your original profile photo alongside the generated action figure to demonstrate the transformation process. These before and after comparisons may be showcased in our marketing materials, on our website, in social media posts, and in our gallery sections.

If you do not wish for your action figure images or videos to be used in this way, you must notify us in writing at legal@wizrd.ai.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wizrd.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

8. Beta Service

Wizrd.ai is currently operating as a beta service. This means:

• The service may contain bugs or errors
• Features may change without notice
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• During the current pause in operations, we are not processing new orders
• When operations resume, action figures will be delivered via email automatically

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service following any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.

11. Service Resumption

When our service resumes, we will contact you at the email address you provided during registration. You will have the option to complete your order at that time.
